Who we are

Keo Labs (the "Service") provides managed AI voice receptionists for small businesses. Our AI agent answers inbound phone calls on behalf of our clients, handles common questions, books appointments, and takes messages. Contact: kieldro@gmail.com.

What information we collect

When you call one of our Keo Labs–powered phone numbers, we collect:

The phone number you called from (caller ID)
The audio of your call and a text transcript of the conversation
Any information you provide during the call (your name, appointment details, etc.)
The time, duration, and outcome of the call

How we use it

To handle your call, answer your questions, and fulfill the purpose of the call (quote, booking, message).
To send you a text-message recap of the call after it ends, when applicable.
To share the call record (transcript and recording) with the business whose number you dialed, so they can follow up.
To improve our AI agents through prompt tuning and quality review.

Text message consent and opt-out

When you provide your phone number during a call to a Keo Labs–powered number, you consent to receive an SMS recap of that call at that number. Message frequency is typically one text per call. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for assistance or email kieldro@gmail.com.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

The client business whose phone number you called (so they can help you).
Service providers that power the phone + AI stack (Twilio for telephony and SMS, Anthropic for language understanding, Cloudflare for hosting, Supabase for call records). Each of those providers processes data under their own published privacy terms.
Law enforcement or legal authorities if required by valid legal process.

How long we keep it

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for as long as the associated client business remains a customer of Keo Labs, plus up to 30 days after they cancel (to allow for export). You can request deletion of your own call data at any time by emailing kieldro@gmail.com with the phone number you called from.

Security

Call records are stored in Supabase (Postgres) and Cloudflare R2 (audio) behind authentication. Our service providers maintain SOC 2 compliance. We do not currently maintain a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement; Keo Labs is not intended for Protected Health Information.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing kieldro@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

We update this page as the service changes. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
